Subprocessors

Liscio, Inc. ("Liscio") uses a limited set of trusted third-party service providers ("Subprocessors") to deliver the Liscio platform. This page identifies our current Subprocessors in accordance with Sections 3.9(d) and 12 of our Master Services Agreement.We maintain contractual commitments with each Subprocessor requiring them to protect data consistent with our obligations to customers.
Infrastructure & Cloud Hosting
Liscio relies on three major cloud infrastructure providers to host, operate, and deliver the platform. Each of these providers offers embedded AI and machine learning capabilities that Liscio may utilize as part of its services. We do not disclose which specific services or components are used within each provider's infrastructure.

Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Cloud infrastructure and platform services, including AI/ML capabilities

Bandwidth Business SMS and telecommunications

Updates to This List

Liscio may update this Subprocessor list from time to time in accordance with Section 3.10 of the Master Services Agreement. When we add or replace a Subprocessor in a manner that may affect the processing of your data, we will provide notice through our website prior to the change taking effect. Continued use of the Liscio platform following such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Subprocessor list.
