Client Experience: New Changes

We have updated our web and mobile app experience. You’ll benefit from the following changes:

Legibility Enhancements
‍Many of you have reported that certain of our fonts and contrast colors are difficult to read. To address this, the newly released feature is ADA-compliant legibility enhancements throughout the platform.
Improved Device Support
‍We know that you use a variety of devices -- from phones to tablets to computers. To better support the full range of devices you use, we are continuing to update our code to use the same technology that Facebook, AirBnB, and Microsoft use to adjust to various screen sizes. This release will immediately improve your phone and mobile-web experience.
Superior Security
The new update boasts a range of new security enhancements. These will not affect your user experience.

The following features are now available:

Ability to bulk download files. Users can once again download multiple documents from the files page and all message, task, and request attachments in a single effort.

Ability to print messages. Users can print a single message or a full thread from the message detail view.

Ability to print attachments. Users have full functionality from the attachment preview of messages, tasks, and requests including printing.

During this transition the follow issue has been resolved:

Ability to open incomplete requests. Users are are now able to view and work on incomplete requests.

During this transition the following features will not be available:

Ability to see and edit secure account fields. We have updated our encryption to better secure your login, payroll, other security fields on the account. Firms can still access these fields. Client account owners will have access to these fields again within the next couple of weeks.

Ability to invite others to your Liscio account. This feature is infrequently used and narrowly affects users who are defined as “account owners” by the accounting firm.
